Submit a project request

The example below demonstrates how to submit a request for university supported course development assistance.

Note: The steps below may be applied to any type of project request submitted via the service catalog.


Step 1. Access the request form

After carefully reading the service request description and requirements, select the Request Assistance button to open the request form.


Step 2. Complete the request form

Fields with a red asterisk are required fields and must be completed. Once the form is complete, click the Save button.


Step 3. Open the saved draft request

Click on the Review and Submit button to review and submit the saved draft request.


Step 4. Review and submit the request

A green check mark indicates the General details of the request have been completed.

Note: If the draft request is saved, but not submitted, the requestor may review and edit the request by signing into the service catalog then selecting Services > Project Requests. Once the request has been submitted, the requestor will no longer be able to edit the request.


Note: If any sections were left incomplete prior to selecting the Mark Complete and Submit button, a notification window will appear listing the incomplete sections. To bypass completing sections that may not be applicable, select the Mark Complete and Submit button again to submit the project.
 


Step 5. Confirm the request was successfully submitted

If the project was successfully submitted, a new notification window will appear.
