Slate Data Request/Update

Kent State Online offers a variety of program management services in Slate, including but not limited to:

  • Create custom inquiry forms that will appear on program micro sites
  • Create and maintain email communication plans
  • Provide marketing data, admissions funnel data, historical data, etc.
  • Update existing inquiry forms and email communication plans

Non-credit programs may request program assistance from the university's Lifelong Learning unit.

Available to

Kent State University new or existing online for credit degree and certificate programs.

Complete and submit the request form.

What happens next

A Kent State Online program manager will contact you within one business week to schedule a meeting to discuss requests for NEW inquiry forms or email communication plans.

Support requests to update existing inquiries and communication plans in Slate will be responded to during normal work hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, within 2 business days.

Note: To edit or track the progress of a submitted ticket via the Kent State Online service catalog, you must be signed in. Once signed-in, select Services in the main menu, then Ticket Requests in the sub-menu.
