Provide as much detail about the issue as possible, including Blackboard tool or KSU application in which the issue is occurring, e.g. Bb Grade Center, Kaltura, etc. When possible, include screenshots.

What happens next

DL support staff will respond to support tickets during normal work hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, within 1-2 business days.
