Requirements
Please make sure to gather and prepare the following information before submitting a service ticket:
- Include the name and path of the file or folder in which the issue is present or changes should occur, e.g. SharePoint > Documents > Archived Course Materials > ENG 11011 > syllabus.doc. Best to include the URL, if possible.
- Include screenshots that document the issue or desired change.
What happens next
SharePoint maintenance is ongoing and handled according to priority. Minor issues or updates may be resolved within 1 business day. Changes that may impact multiple users, workflow processes, or system-wide settings may require an evaluation period and testing before being implemented.
