Requirements
Please make sure to gather and prepare the following information before submitting a service ticket:
- The name of the application in which the issue is present or changes should occur, ex. Tickets, Projects, Service Catalog.
- Screenshots that document the issue or desired change.
What happens next
TeamDynamix maintenance is ongoing and handled according to priority. Minor issues or updates may be resolved within 1-2 business days. Changes that may impact multiple users, workflow processes, or system-wide settings may require an evaluation period and testing before being implemented.
