Software purchase/license key

Software available to Kent State University faculty and staff may be downloaded via the KSU Software Catalog.

If you are not able to find and/or download the software you need, please submit a ticket with details on the required software including how it will be used and on which work computer(s) it needs to be installed.

Provide the name of the software, a brief explanation why it is needed, and the time frame in which it is required. Please note the following:

  • For purchase requests of new software, enter the estimated cost.
  • For purchase requests of iPad apps, include the user Apple ID email in the description of the business case.

What happens next

Requests for licenses for existing software will be process with 1-2 business days, based upon availability. Purchase request for new software may require additional time for review and approval.
