Creation of Kent State University “Guest” accounts is solely intended for the purpose of granting a single account to a single person who has a legitimate business need to access Kent State University information systems and/or applications, and the individual for whom the account is being requested is not a prospective KSU employee or a current or former Kent State University student, faculty, staff or alumnus.
Please Note: Everspring staff access to Kent State University Slate Apply requires a signed confidentiality form. Download and complete the form FIRST, then submit the completed form with the request for a guest user account..

- Work Phone
- Work Email
- Work Address
- Date of Birth
What happens next
Kent State Online program support staff will respond to requests during normal work hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, within 1 business day. Guest account creation may take up to 5 business days.
