Flash Survey report data

Faculty who are instructors of record for a face-to-face or online course automatically have access to the Flash Survey reports; academic unit leaders (department chair, college dean, campus dean) should also be able to access Flash Survey reports. The reports will be emailed to faculty and authorized academic administrators the Wednesday morning following the completion of Finals Week for Spring and Fall. For all summer terms (Intersession, Summer I, Summer II, and Summer III), the reports will be emailed to faculty the Wednesday morning following the completion of Summer III.

Academic unit leaders who are not able to access Flash Survey data should submit a ticket requesting access.

Note: Department staff members other than the faculty of record or academic unit leaders must have their academic unit leader request access for them.

Available to

Kent State University faculty, adjuncts, graduate teaching assistants, and staff.

Requirements

Request must be submitted by academic unit leaders and should include the following:

  • Name and FlashLine ID of person who needs to access Flash Survey data.
  • College or campus and department of the person who needs to access Flash Survey data.

What happens next

Flash Survey administrator will respond to support tickets during normal work hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, within 2 business days.
