Student orientation course copy service includes the following:
- Creating a blank course shell(s)
- Copying existing student orientation Base course into program course shell(s)
- Minor clean up of the left-hand main menu
- Setting the correct file permissions for students
- Setting course to open on requested course start date

Requirements
- Base course is prepped and ready for copy.
- Request is submitted 1 week prior to course start date.
What happens next
Kent State Online DL support staff will perform course copy no later than the Friday prior to the course start date and notify the instructor once complete.
Note: To edit or track the progress of a submitted ticket via the Kent State Online service catalog, you must be signed in. Once signed-in, select Services in the main menu, then Ticket Requests in the sub-menu.
