Digital badging support

New digital badges for an event, course, certification, conference, workshop, or training can be created and added to the Acclaim platform. KSU departments or units interested in creating a digital badge can request a new Acclaim badge issuer user account.

Existing Acclaim users that need help with platform configuration or other administrative can submit a support ticket using this service. For all other issues, please consult the Acclaim Help Center.

Available to

Kent State University units, colleges, departments, non-credit and credit programs.

Requirements

Please provide as much information as possible with the request for a new user account or support of an existing user account. New user accounts must agree to the following conditions:

  • Schedule a meeting to discuss needs and proposed use of the Acclaim digital badging platform.
  • Design of digital badges icons need to follow Kent State brand standards.
  • The Acclaim platform is an annual subscription plan based on cost per issued badge. All users will be charged based on usage.

What happens next

Office of Continuing and Distance Education support staff will respond to requests during normal work hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, within 1-2 business days.
