3Play Media has recently updated their site. Below you will find the recommended settings for publishing close captioned videos to Canvas.
Step 1: Log into 3Play Media.
Step 2: Select the title of the content you wish you to publish.
Step 3: Click the Publish button.
Step 4: A drop down menu will open. Select Publish Plugin.
Step 5: Within the Plugin Settings, ensure that No Template is selected.
Step 6: Leave the Video Settings set to their default.
Step 7: Under the Style Settings heading, ensure that you changed the default video height from 500px to 340px. Also, set plugin skin to Dark.
Step 8: For Plugin Features, make sure that the boxes beside Closed Captions and Minimizable are both checked.
Step 9: Select Copy to copy the embed code and add the video to your desired location in Canvas.
Step 10: Once embedded in Canvas, adjust pixel size for both height and width of <iframe> by adding 20px to each. This will remove scroll bars. Note: this step cannot be completed in 3Play, it must be done in the RCE, regardless of browser. New video dimensions should be 520 x 360.
