Step 1. Sign in to the online course support service catalog.
Note: A Kent State FlashLine username and password is required to sign in to the service catalog
Step 2. Select the Services option on the main navigation menu.
Step 3. Select the Ticket Requests option in the Sevices sub-navigation menu.
Step 4. Search for and select the ticket request to be withdrawn.
Click on the title of the ticket to open the ticket and view the option to withdraw.
Step 5. Select the red Withdraw Request button.
Step 6. Indicate a reason for withdrawing the ticket request and submit.
