Student grade and attendance dispute issues

Should a student in an online course contact DL support requesting information on any of the issues listed below, the student should be directed to contact the faculty instructor:

  • getting kicked out of tests
  • grade disputes
  • assignments not getting turned in
  • attendance (or lack thereof)

DL support staff are NOT authorized to provide grade or attendance information directly to students. Upon written request from faculty instructors, DL staff may retrieve specific and necessary information and provide it to the faculty requestor.
