iSpring presentations can be published using audio files recorded "outside" of Microsoft PowerPoint in another program such as Audacity.
Step 1. Select the iSpring Suite 8 tab then click Manage Narration.
Step 2. Click Audio.
Step 3. Select the audio files and click Open.
Tip: Making sure that your audio files are named chronologically (based on the slides that they correspond to) will allow you to upload multiple audio files at the same time and in the correct order.
Step 4. Select the appropriate settings and click Insert.
Note: For most presentations, it's recommended to insert clips At the beginning of the slide and to check the box to Adjust slide duration. This makes sure that each slide duration will be adjusted to match the duration of the audio files.
Step 5. Check the presentation then click Save & Close.
Before publishing the presentation, be sure to check the following:
- Slide notes/transcript.
- Slide duration matches length of each audio clip.
- Total presentation time.
