The Library will cover up to $300 per course per semester in clearance fees. Each course section is considered separately and paid for separately. Licensing is immediate once Cindy places the order and pays for it, so requests should be made close to the section start date to ensure no changes will be made after the order is placed. The request will need to be made each time the course is taught, confirming in each request that the page and student numbers are the same or specifying the updates for that semester.
