OCDE has been provisioned a "stand alone" SharePoint site that will allow the department to store and share folders and files in a similar manner to Engyte.
Teams may still be used for projects, meetings, etc. However, the "Files" section of Teams SHOULD NOT BE USED as this will create a separate file library that is specific to the individual TEAM = siloed data thus defeating the purpose of a stand alone OCDE SharePoint site.
Step 1. Accessing the OCDE SharePoint site via a web browser

Note: Only members added by the site owners will be able to access the site. All members are granted "Viewer" access to the root folder structure. This means ONLY admins have the ability to create folders on the root. Edit permissions for child folders, including the ability to create folders, are granted according to need.
Step 2. Accessing the SharePoint site via the OWA web client
Navigate to the OCDE site via a web browser.
Step 2.1 Follow the OCDE SharePoint site by clicking on "Not Following" in the upper right corner of the OCDE SharePoint site. The text will change to "Following".
Step 2.2 Launch the OWA web application in a web broswer. log in, and select the SharePoint application from the OWA App Launcher located in the upper left corner.
Step 2.3 Under the Following heading in the upper left corner of the SharePoint application, click on the link to the OCDE SharePoint site.
