Exporting PowerPoint slides and transcript

All presentations that include audio narration should be accompanied by a word for word transcript. The transcript should be a PDF document that is provided with the presentation.

Step 1.  Include Transcript in Notes Section of the PowerPoint.

In the Notes section of each slide, type (or copy and paste from a separate document) the part of the transcript that corresponds to that particular slide.
